菏澤市德隆科技有限公司成立于2010年03月22日，是一家高 新技術(shù)企業(yè)，由呂陵鎮(zhèn)屬集體所有制企業(yè)（呂陵農(nóng)具廠1957年成立）轉(zhuǎn)制成立，至今已有60多年的工藝傳承。德隆公司占地27111平方米，員工100余人，高新技術(shù)人才20余人，擁有日本東久AMF-III07水平脫箱造型線一條，可生產(chǎn)鑄件單重范圍5Kg～50Kg，較大產(chǎn)能1600噸/月AZF450型鐵膜覆砂生產(chǎn)線二條，；加工設(shè)備有加工中心20臺(tái)和數(shù)控立車和數(shù)控車床40余臺(tái)。德隆公司具備模具研發(fā)制作，鑄造和機(jī)械加工三位一體的生產(chǎn)工藝流程。德隆公司已通過IS09001質(zhì)量管理、BSOHSAS18001職業(yè)健康管理IS014001環(huán)境管理體系認(rèn)證，IATF16949質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證中。德隆公司先后被評(píng)為國(guó) 家級(jí)“高 新技術(shù)企業(yè)”、省級(jí)“科技型中小企業(yè)”和省級(jí)“專精特新中小企業(yè)”，并與菏澤學(xué)院，渭南師范學(xué)院，西安軍民技術(shù)融合研究院等多家科研單位技術(shù)協(xié)作。產(chǎn)品涉及工程機(jī)械、汽車、船舶等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。

Heze Delong Technology Co., Ltd. was established on March 22, 2010. It is a high-tech enterprise that was transformed from a collectively owned enterprise in Lvling Town (Lvling Agricultural Tool Factory was founded in 1957). It has more than 60 years of craftsmanship inheritance to date. Delong Company covers an area of 27111 square meters, with over 100 employees and more than 20 high tech talents. It has two AZF450 iron film sand coating production lines and one horizontal demoulding molding line from Dongjiu AMF-III07 in Japan. It can produce castings with a single weight range of 5Kg to 50Kg and a maximum production capacity of 1600 tons per month; The processing equipment includes 20 machining centers and 40 CNC machine tools. Delong Company has a production process that integrates mold research and development, casting, and mechanical processing. Delong Company has passed the IS09001 quality management, BSOHSAS18001 occupational health management, IS014001 environmental management system certification, and IATF16949 quality management system certification. Delong Company has been successively rated as a national level "high-tech enterprise", provincial-level "technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise", and provincial-level "specialized, refined, special and new small and medium-sized enterprise", and has cooperated with multiple scientific research units such as Heze University, Weinan Normal University, and Xi'an Military Civilian Technology Integration Research Institute in terms of technology. The products involve multiple fields such as engineering machinery,automobiles, and ships.
